Urgh! UTI!
I recently suffered from Urinary Tract Infection or UTI. Gawd, did it hurt like hell. I also went to the bathroom to pee more than often. UTI is gained by eating too much salty foods, junk foods and carbonated drinks. I blame my ugly diet. I don't eat too much vegetables and I always drink cola. Its also the reason why I'm getting fat. Dammit. My bf and I researched on the net for a remedy. A lot of websites suggested the consumption of Cranberry juice. We tried it, and it worked! The pain lessened and I can control my bladder. Now, I don't drink carbonated drinks and I also prefer to eat vegetables over chips. I have learned my lesson. I am forever grateful to Cranberry juice.
